Requisitions

Store ⇄ Kitchen bridge A requisition is an internal transfer: the kitchen (or a department) requests stock, the store issues it. No vendor, no spend — stock simply moves out of the Store and into the Kitchen. Quantities are in base units (kg · L · each); the store picks the matching packs.
